Career Strategy and Coaching Appointments

Payment: A credit card is required to book your appointment through Calendly appointments. All payments are made through the booking software Calendly and handled by PayPal. All appointments must be paid for in full when booking,

Cancellations: Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be fully refunded. Appointments canceled less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment will be charged in full to the credit card used to secure the booking. (Please be mindful that it can take up to 10 business days for your payment to be returned via PayPal)

“No shows” will not be reimbursed. A client is considered a “no show” when they are 10 minutes or more past their scheduled appointment time when connecting to Zoom. The appointment will be considered cancelled by way of “no show” on the part of the client and not eligible for a refund. Please ensure you have adequate technology and internet service to participate in Zoom meetings.

The Strategist or Coach will attempt to call you one time from a blocked number at your back-up phone number provided if it is 5 minutes past your appointment start time.  

​

Late Arrival: Clients arriving to the Zoom portal 9 minutes or less will still be seen for the remainder of their appointment time, but will not be given extra time.

Technology difficulties will not be considered as an excuse for a refund. 

​

Any appointments cancelled by Connect Career Consulting for any reason less than 48 hours prior to the appointment will result in the client receiving a one time $20 credit for their next appointment.

Refunds: If applicable will be made back to the original form of payment.

Career Theory Training and Corporate Retreats/ Training

Small Business, Private Companies/Corporations, Private Colleges and Private Schools:
Payment: Payment in full is due 7 business days prior to the date of the scheduled training.

​

Cancellations: Cancellations made 7 business days prior to the date of the scheduled training will be fully reimbursed for the cost of the training less the cost of airfare and  accommodation fees. Accommodations and airfare are booked once the quote is signed and a date is set.

​

Any cancellation received 6 or less business days prior to the training will be expected to pay in full and will not be eligible for a refund.

​

Refunds: If applicable will be made back to the original form of payment.

Career Theory Training and Corporate Retreats/ Training

Community Colleges, State Universities, Public Elementary Schools, Public Middle Schools and Public High Schools:

​

Payment: Payment in full is do 45 days after completion of the training.

​

Cancellations: Cancellations made 7 business days prior to the date of the training will still be responsible for paying for the cost of  airfare and hotel accommodation fees if applicable for the trainer. Accommodations and airfare are booked once the quote is signed and a date is set.

Any cancellation received 6 or less business days prior to the training will be expected to pay in full and will not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds: If applicable will be made back to the original form of payment.
